High End Market Place will hold a celebration of Washington’s first legal 4/20 holiday. The event will kick off with a ribbon cutting at noon by Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt, followed by music, food and fun.

VooDoo Donuts plans to be on hand to give out free donuts from 1-3 p.m.

Deals include select grams for $4.20.

The event also includes the official Cannabis Chronicles portal site launch, with info about the site and a chance to chat with bloggers Mrs. Nice Guy and Sue Vorenberg of the Columbian.
