Willamette Week’s Best Of Potland Party
Yesterday, Chronic Travels alerted me to a nifty, upcoming shindig. Join us both as we attend the Willamette Weekly’s “Best Of Potland Party”! You’re probably wondering why this party, that’s being held on Wed July 1st from 4:20-9pm is a big deal, right? Well, thanks to the passing of Measure 91 in Oregon, cannabis will be legal for adults 21 and over to consume without fear of punishment, adults 21 and over will also be able to possess up to an ounce outside of your home and up to 8 ounces inside your home, growers may even gift friends up to an ounce at no charge….there’s no word on how Scrooge McDuck will be celebrating, but it’s safe to say he’ll probably be doing this, but with nugs of chronic instead of gold coins.
So, celebrate with the Willamette Weekly at Falcon Art, and let’s toast to new beginnings in the world of Oregon’s legal weed. You can find details and stay up to date on the Facebook event page, but to reserve your spot all you have to do is RSVP here, it’s free to get in. Read more below:
Join Willamette Week and 500+ of our closest friends as we celebrate this historic day in Oregon! Check out what Portland pot dispensaries, services, bakeries, resources and more have to offer at the city’s first legal pot party. Prohibition is over and we must celebrate. Legal weed? Yes, indeed!
