I’ve been wanting to post a playlist for awhile, so on my way into work Friday I decided that almost every song I listened to on my XM would go into this list. This is a basic-ass playlist, but it kinda bumps at the same time. Eventually my playlists will include other genres and bands/singers/rappers who don’t get much radio play, if any.

Becks’ Basic-Ass Friday Playlist is heavy with the TDE family and sprinkles of OVO throughout with Drake and PartyNextDoor. There’s a couple older tracks with “Roc Boys” and “Through the Wire”. I keep listening to “Through the Wire” and I am wondering if it holds up? Kanye’s always been outspoken, but it seems like his braggadocious bravado has overshadowed some of his classics, especially this one. I may be wrong though.

My Friday playlist was listened to throughout the day and was a blessing during a photo shoot and editing session. I’m gonna try to do this on a weekly basis so I hope you enjoy.
