Sir Mix-a-Lot will visit The Herbery on Saturday

Seattle musician Sir Mix-a-Lot plans to visit The Herbery, at 212 N.E. 164th St., Suite 11 in Vancouver on Saturday (Feb. 14) from 3-4 p.m.

The 51-year-old hip hop artist, who’s single “Baby Got Back” was a double platinum #1 hit in the 1990s. He is performing at Dante’s later that evening with special guests Smoochknob and the Smoochgirls. The Herbery is a sponsor of that performance.

Tickets are still available for the Dante’s show at http://www.danteslive.com/.

“We’re huge fans,” said Jim Mullen, The Herbery’s COO. “That’s why we were immediately on board to bring Sir Mix-A-Lot to town, sponsoring his concert on Valentines Day at Dante’s in Portland. But the excitement is over the top now that he is actually coming to The Herbery!”

Sir Mix-A-Lot will be available for pictures and autographs, and fans are encouraged to bring their vinyl and CDs, Mullen said.
