As the market for recreational marijuana continues to blossom, here’s a little look from Inc. Magazine at five edible startups leading the pack.

You’ll see some of this stuff on the shelves in Clark County pot shops. Mirth Provisions sells its cannabis-infused coffees and sodas at several local shops: Main Street Marijuana, High End Market Place, the Cannabis Country Store and The Herbery on 164th.

On the list, you’ll also notice a product from a local grower/processor: Vancouver-based Fairwinds Manufacturing. The company specializes in producing marijuana-infusions, including its Catapult Infused Coffee, which is packed in K-Cups for anyone with a Keurig.

Fairwinds also makes oil vaporizers, tinctures, concentrates and capsules filled with a blend of extracted cannabis oil (think of the red pill/blue pill scene from The Matrix). And the company says it’s planning to release a new line of cannabis-infused topical creams.

Fairwinds sells its products throughout the state. In Clark County, you’ll find it at The Herbery and High End Market Place.

Cheers!
